I work for an ISP. We suspend hosting accounts for non-payment or because an account has been hacked.

The UKBL site is down thanks to an admin error by our webhost, Magandy had two sites hosted with the same people, one that ran out this week and the UKBL site that renews in August, Hostpapa shut the wrong one down
