Loyalty Guarantee - 33% off TS12

The latest Newsletter (Feb 23) has a great promotion but is it possible to have a more targeted audience? Those who already have TS12 hardly need a discount to buy it again, unless of course some want a second copy.

A loyal Trainzer

I thought the "Loyalty" tag a bit strange. I thought the really loyal Trainzers would already have upgraded to TS12. Just a matter of interpretation of the word "loyal" I guess.
Do you gauge loyalty in terms of years of trainzing, or the number of different versions you have purchased?

i can see fran1 point of view
if you are going be loyal, it should be directed at the 3 to 4 thousand worldwide trainzers who keep this game going
ideally it should be something like this
1st class tickets at 1cent a day for a year, this year its a leap year
my opion any how:hehe:

cheers,

That still doesn't give those who already have a FCT much to cheer about. I'm guessing but a greater percentage of loyal customers probably already have a FCT so less of an incentive.

I think the truly loyal people could be given a discount on the purchase of any item they don't already have, even future editions of Trainz. Overall sales would increase and everyone is happy.

If it were I, I would have thrown that "loyalty" wording in just to tweak that guy that complained not too long ago, but I'm mean and spiteful like that!

I think you should be able to buy 3 copies of 2004, or 2 copies of 2006 for the same price as 1 copy of 12.:D

sounds like a good deal I havent got it before cause this comp may not be able to handle it........
buy now and buy a new comp down the line.......

I'm new to TS - Just bought the TS2010 about a month ago. I've gotten newsletters by e-mail 2/11 & 2/17, but I don't have one in my e-mail for 2/23. I just cleaned out my spam folder this morning - frankly without looking. How do I go about getting another issue/copy of the newsletter. At 1/3 off, I'm ready to upgrade!

Hi SMaz,

Welcome to the forums.

To find the online version, the link to it is in the thread entitled 'Latest Trainz Newsletter'.
