lost products

This often seems to be due to a faulty product asset.

In Content Manager search for "Faulty" = "True" to show any faulty assets. If you find any then right click on the item to bring up a submenu from which you click on view errors and warnings. This will list the errors which you will need to fix.

Help on fixing errors can be found in the TS2010 forum as a thread in the stickies. If you still cannot fix the errors post the errors back here and someone will be able to help.
 
I had the same problem, and found a product was bad, but not showing faulty in CM. Here's what I had to do (takes a little time, though!):

Set your filters in CM to Commodities---->Products, Location----> Local then disable (be careful, click on ENABLE/DISABLE and not DELETE!) ALL of your products. Try enabling, say, 10 at a time then go into Surveyor and see if those 10 products show up when you click the ? on the car. If it does show up, keep adding 10 back and repeating the above steps until you find the group of 10 that you enabled that causes the product box to be empty again. Just for info, the product I found bad was <kuid:447922:1084 Rusty Rebar-40ft-Load>. After fixing that product, I have had no problems with adding products to cars. Hope this helps. :wave:
