G'day there.
I am asking if anyone has any idea what happened to a collection of photographs belonging to Michael Venn that featured Australian steam locos especially toward the last of the steam era. They were hosted on the doomed Fotopic site until it went bust a while back. A Google search returns several hits for Michael Venn but most of them are for a different person and from what I can tell the rest doesn't help. I hope that this was not the only location these wonderful pictures were stored at as their total loss would be nothing short of a tragedy. I have included the former Fotopic address in case it helps but note that this address is no longer useable. Going to fotopic.net only raises a suggestion that you subscribe to a newsletter that might be produced once arrangements to get the whole thing going again are complete?
