"Lost" EMD Passenger Locomotive?

The Wikipedia article on the GE Genesis mentions that GM-EMD had a competing locomotive design that was not chosen.
Do any concepts/drawings of this locomotive (still) exist?

see F59PHI. It was likely a similar style to that. They did not meet requirements notably their height because they would be built with existing frames and parts.

Amtrak had a drawing of it up on their history website a back around the time they rolled out the site. I have not been able to find it since. The drawing reminded me of the DE30AC but with a nose that was a bit of a cross between a P40 & an F40.

That looks like an early sketch of a P30CH.

That is the conceptual drawing of the P30CH, with a conceptual phase II livery. Amtrak ultimately decided to go with the current/past rendition of what is now Phase II.
