Looking to reskin some locos for a TRS19 Series Project

Hey y'all, I'm looking for someone to reskin a couple of engines for my TRS19 Series Project. It's called Triple Dash Bros. The pilot episode is on my YouTube channel: Benja's RR Crossing if you wanna check it out. The engines I want reskined are (from JointedRail): NS hh C40-9 #8778, CN C40-8 #2120, D&H C39-8 #806, & BCR SD40-2 Ph1 #754.
All reskined in the Tidewater Point Railroad Scheme. I'll send the assets to whoever wants to do it and gladly pay for it as well via Cash App or PayPal at a reasonable price.

How about instead of sending the files over, have someone work one on one with you online in a shared desktop session using AnyDesk or a similar program? You get to learn how to do it, and the person helping you will be right there to help you out.

Ok, so I looked up a tutorial on how to reskin and got paint.net version 5.0.13 instead of the older version. Every time I start a new reskin with map1_bump it always comes out blurry. No fine details nothing.
If anyone can help, I'd much appreciate it. I'm using Jointed Rail models from 2015

Edit Update:
I reinstalled to version 4.0.13 and the models still comes out blurry, not defined. What am I doing wrong?
