Looking for UK content

After my recent HDD Crash, i lost my entire layout that i was building. It was a German style layout, but i don't think i'll get around rebuilding it.

I have a question for the Trainzers in the UK: Where can i find UK content? I'm interested in tha 1970-2000+ period, especially engines and passenger cars. Just a few KUIDS of the most commonly used stock, perhaps some sites.

You can find a lot of UK content in the DLS, and there is a lot on my website too

Actually, i don't quite know what to look for. I'm not familiar with the currewent state of British Rolling stock. any good sites where i can catch up?

For current freight stock you can find pictures of most of what is being used here: http://wagons.wordpress.com/ Quite a few of these are available on the DLS and can usually be found by searching using the TOPS code such as TEA, MCA, HTA, JNA, etc. etc.

For locos you can find quite a bit on the DLS such as Class 37, 66, 67 ...

I'll leave someone else to point you in the direction of passenger stock and multiple units.

OK... multiple units by peterdhicks, pikkabird (not passenger active), zxr400, wessex_electric_nutter (not sure of capitalisation) & kemplen.

Other diesel classes include class 47, class 20, class 35, class 42, class 52, class 08, class 59.

Overhead electrics include class 86, class 87 and class 89 (plus class 90 from http://www.beetle87.freeserve.co.uk/trainz/).

All but the last on the DLS.

Wikkipedia is a good place to get info about what runs (or ran) where, and what liveries were carried. There's been a lot of change since 1970...

For coaches look for Mk1, Mk2 or Mk3 on the DLS. There are much better Mk2 & 3s being built at the moment...

Hmm... I must say i can't seem to find any decent passenger cars, with modeled interior, and such. All i find is the ones with the textures on them, which aren't exactly what i was looking for... Any KUID's. suggestions, etc?

My coaching stock has interiors, seats, passengers, dividing walls, gangways, doors, pictures on walls etc. what exactly were you looking for in the interiors ??

You know, when viewing the train from the outside, you can see seats inside, etc, not just a picture of a window on the shell.

They are not a picture on the shell, they have interiors, 3D seats, 3D pictures inside with frames, partitions, inside glass, doors etc etc. They have interior views too, something you cant have with just a painted shell.
