One of many. I would assume . . . if its a "magazine" the screen shot authors will be contacted for an "interview" to say few words about the shot and the route . . . I would think. Right ??

CAPTION : On a bright spring morning, a general freight struggles up the coastal mountains north of San Angeles in Southern California headed north towards Vista Valley and on to Oakland on So Cal Western route (fictitious).

This screenie is from my one and only route which is called "Sunderland Clone Route A" for the reason it has been destroyed and resurrected several times. Its a prototypical route based mainly on the Sunderland - Penshaw - Durham line.In this shot an ex LNER Class J39 has just recieved the signal to join the main line to Sunderland at Coxgreen Junction from the NCB lines with a motley string of NCB wagons.Only weeds remain here now, the line having been closed to all traffic in 1967 - but through the magic of Trainz it lives on...:D Title; J39 at Coxgreen Junction

Further down the line at Penshaw North Junction the RENFE Confederacion heads for Sunderland with a lengthy coal train and the NCB lines on the right.Although the Confederacion has no business on a UK line who cares? It looks so good...Title; RENFE Confederacion at Penshaw North:mop:
