looking for cow herds like this

hi mates

i cannot find any herds of cows for this game

i used to have some in 2006,
but that dvd died when the young ones had a smashing good time

i need cattle herd and also dairy herds for the route that i am doing

i know that a german had some, but i cannot find them either

any help would be greatly appreciated

photos are from the net shown as examples

A forum search for steers,
You'll have to put 20-30 together, make your own herd.

thats on the black dls,
which is all i can get

i know there are some cow herds on the european trainz sites

but i have no idea how to look for them there

Neither does nature, which also tends to produce them one at a time!

Just group several together. Deane's are excellent and come in a variety of "poses" and breeds.

That way you will have herds which are unique. Much better, IMHO, than a 'ready made' herd which would look the same every time it is placed.

The German word for cow is Kuh, the plural is Kühe. Try searching for those words on the DLS.

What I do, I use Dinorius_Redundicus's single cow to make a herd. When I need another herd I copy/paste the same herd and just move some cows to have a different patern.

I also reskin some of Dinorius_Redundicus's cow which can be found on DLS.

I used Dean's single cows to make a herd and I think they look awesome. You can always use the copy and paste feature like you would planting trees in a forest. You could have 100 more cows in your herd in no time.

Here’s an attempt at your first group of cows.

They are Friesians and I reckon Deane’s (Dinorius_Redundicus) collection of that breed is a pretty good match.

I’ve used four types here and just “herded” them together:

Cow Friesian 01a <kuid2:68213:36009:2>
Cow Friesian 01b <kuid2:68213:36010:2>
Cow Friesian 01c <kuid2:68213:36011:2>
Cow Friesian 01d <kuid2:68213:36012:2>

Deane has also done other breeds.

I got them all from the DLS.
