Looking for a solution to drive cars around a roundabout not crossing the roundabout

Hello,

Does anyone have a solution for the following?

I downloaded on the DLS the road roundabout with sidewalks , kuid2:52519:51212:4 ( by mgreen48 ). When adding roads to the roundabout the cars are not driving around the roundabout but they are crossing the roundabout.

Is there a way to get the cars driving around the roundabout?

You could try attaching invisible roads to each entry point and route them around the circle. The cars should follow the invisible road instead of through the middle.

Thank you for your reply. The roundabouts that I have found, they all seem to have an incorporated invisible street crossing the roundabout. I'm unable to remove the invisible street.

Trying to lay invisible roads isn't 100 % successful. I'm having a lot of interference with the spline points.

I probably will have to change the idea of using roundabouts as an object and look if a roundabout can be made just by placing the roads in a circle shape.

Hold down the Shift key while laying roads and they won't connect. You can't 'remove" the invisible street, but you can NOT attach your main road to it, then lay an invisible street AROUND the roundabout, connecting IT to your main roads.

Thank you for your assistance. Tried it out on my testroute . Now I only have find a way to change the driving direction of the cars. When arriving at the roundabout, I would like that the cars turn to the right, not to the left

The roadswitcher can be immediately used. Added in my book - things to do - the ATLS-system by Boat + working method by Zachary.
