Looking for a raft or other small boat and fishermen/women

Does anyone here know where I can find A white water raft or a clackacraft float boat and maybe some fishermen/women I cant find them anywhere.

I'm sure that Vulcan (Ian) has a small Row boat with a Fisherman in it,maybe 2004 but shows up ok in 10 .
