Looking for a lost locomotive...

Hello all, I'm looking for a certain electric locomotive. It was basically a freight tram using a single wire trolley pole.
My hard drive crashed a while ago and though I had stuff backed up, I had downloaded this very recently so it wasn't in the backup and I can't seem to figure out where I got it. Oh, it also appears in the thumbnail for the route "Hampshire Hills Traction".
