Looking for a car repair shop

I'm trying to find a repair shop for various railcars. Its got to have a small footprint but is also large to have two tracks run into it. I'm trying to find it because I'm making a shortline that also runs tourist trains on the same route, similar to the San Luis & Rio Grande (tourist railway subsidiary Rio Grande Scenic). The only problem is that there are so many that I just can't find the right one without any idea where to start. I've typed into the DLS search, both description and title: locomotive, repair, car, and shop. There's just so many. Any suggestions?

Sorry but, too British. I'd prefer it to be more American. However, using 'engine shed', has led me to wawasoo's engine sheds, which, if they were over 1MB each, I would download. The same search pulled up srr89's engine sheds, which are also over 1MB each. If I had the room, I'd use vulcan's 'Engine Shed Four Stall', if it was two stalls instead of four stalls.

Jointed Rail also has a freeware version as well and if you want a short one, you could download the short line engine shop or even their tank shed, or whatever it's called.

Sorry, but they're over 12 Megs each. I only download things that big ONLY IF I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. One example is updating the mesh of a piece of content I've got installed.
May I ask why you are so against downloading assets that are larger in size? I don't understand the logic of not downloading awesome assets just because of a few mb.

Maybe he has a small hard drive. Maybe he has a slow processor. Maybe it is just his choice to do so. Doesn't really matter though does it, because his is his, and yours is yours.

There is a PRR Erecting Shop that brings my integrated graphics laptop down to it knees, and framerates down to 0.05 FPS

Yup! I installed them on a route and couldn't figure out what killed it. It then took me a week to narrow down what the problem was which of course turned out to be the last item I removed. This turned out to be the erecting shop!

I've downloaded just about all of Dave's commercial and industrial structures. While they may be a little high in MBs, I like them because his texturing is very good, which makes them very realistic looking. I've used them extensively on my Cumberland to Harpers Ferry route, without any noticeable drop in FPS.

It takes forever when I try to download something over 1 Meg. I also have the Jointed Rail buildings. To be more specific I'm looking for something like the Soule Shops at the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum, where they repair and restore their equipment. Has to have two stalls and has a similar size to the Soule Shops.

I made a series of buildings which might be used. Back Shop Building 1 through 36. Are for TRS2004 but should go into newer versions with little to no problems.
