Look what I dug up! And what miniature railways have you been to?

I've been to a few, one was in Alton Towers, in the castle, sadly it was dismantled and sold off, but it was a superb layout when it was there, here is the video link... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYbqZ2yYNuc

However, my absolute favourite, and I wanted to take the entire thing home with me, was the York Model Railway Exhibition in the 80's, whether it has now moved house from York Station, I'm not too sure, here is the video link... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSRlsanF-7s

The one I have always wanted to visit is Miniture Wunderland in Germany, the largest model railway in the world, here is the video link... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PN_oDdGmKyA

It's not a comprehensive list - so far as I can see both the "local" miniature railway at Coate Water in Swindon and the Strawberry Line at Keynsham aren't listed.

To see a MR on a vast scale though, try Googling "Train Mountain" in the USA.
