yes the C Stock is availble here http://81.6.245.27/files/LU/ i am not sure about A stock.

Thanks Uracco - I have downloaded the C stock.
The refurbished trailer downloaded fine.
The Driving Motor downloaded but it looks like half the refurb is missing.
The doors are red but the blue strip running at the bottom is missing. Also the thin black lining around the windows is also missing.
Any ideas?

The C-Stock is err...not entirely finished, according to the author. And he stated he will get to it, eventually. as for the A-stock. I know a number of people are working on it, though 321 seems to have made the most progress. As of now the stocks that have been reaeased are the 1967 stock, 1938 stock, R stock, Battery loco, D stock, 1996 stock and C stock.
