London Underground Specific Stock

Trainz Veteran
Hello All,
I realize that there are about a billion threads on the LU Stocks. So let me save your breath by saying I already have C and D Stock, 1996 Stock, 1967 Stock, and the 483 former 1938 stock. So I only have this to ask, does anyone know or is working on a 1992 Stock train, 1973/2 stock train, or A stock train compatible with TRS2009 (Eventually I will get a computer that has enough memory for TS2010, so that would be good as well). If you are currently working on one I would be more than happy to beta test it or if you know of stock I haven't named above, or am requesting, please let me know via pm or simply a post reply. Thank you for your help,
Regs.
Eric

at least your trying . Anyway, Spanner, your lultrainz website does not seem to work due to i end up at some pipex page. Also, the C stock engine paint doesn't seem to work...Help!

I had the entire circle line, and most of the district line from Upminster to West Kensington mapped with all the correct platforms and working to almost exact geography, less the scenery of course, using d stock trains, on ts2009, then I foolishly allowed ts2010 to amalgamate with it, and it wiped the lot. I failed to save it.:'(

I did however keep a file with Earls court to Gloucester Rd, and Kensington High Street.

If you need some signalling info, then try District Daves page with all the junctions and signalling for major interchanges

Wessex, I was indeed refferring to the fact that the front of the train (pretty sure it's the DM) turns grey at most angles. I'd also like to point out that the cab doesn't seem to fit in first person so when I go into (the green-like) lu tunnel the cab seems to big for it.... Not really sure how to change this scripting or fix the cab... Also, chrisjohn, I feel your pain with losing work...I had a pretty detailed tram line for tc and foolishly did the same thing with trs2009 (although I currently have some good routes for the game that I made). I'm guessing you mean high street kensington when you say "kensington high street" (or maybe I just like to say high street kensington). I happen to originate from that part of london (sadly i had to move from the country) and am wondering if you can pm me the route/file you mentioned.... I'm not worried about the signaling too much (i follow the routes that are already out's signaling and use this for mine. I'd also like to add that with several of the stations for lu it doesn't seem to fit for the lu tunnel on both sides.... did anyone make lu tunnels of the same size as "lul tunnel new"? In addition, I am highly interested in the metropolitan line (this is the line I know least about) and would appreciate it if anyone would tell me if they know of any routes/trains/specific track for this line. I'd also like to say that I am tempted to try my MSTS again and try to put it back on my computer due to the fact that they have ALOT of london underground stuff (any comment on this?).:):)

My fault on both, its err, 3D Studio Max and one of the exporter oddities that I have not got round to fixing yet. The cab is suppose to be a custom one, hence why the current is a bit high, so when I do change the cab, it fits more corretly.

thank you. I appreciate you looking into it.... correct me if i'm wrong but i believe the c stock is the only train that stops at high street kensington (which happens to be where I used to live). So if you need any help or want me to test it, please let me know. I must also admit that I am loving the center of the tubes interior and would like to say keep up the good work .
Eric

I agree. The exterior looked excellent. If only the interior was more...well not completely like the exterior turned inside out! I think the 1990s stocks have very nice interiors...Did anyone make one?
Eric

Its sad there are not many Lu trains available I've built the Piccadilly line and am working on the Northern line but there is just no trains except the district line stock and the 1996 but its no good for my route.:'(

Piccadilly and Northern

OK, Mitty you said that there is only two lu stock trainz... I have five! There is the c-stock by wessex electric nutter, the 1938 stock (search class 483 LT on the dls), and the 1967 stock...I'm not sure if any of those belong on the northern or piccadilly but i believe the 1937 stock was meant for the northern!
Eric,
P.S. If you would like me to test your routes, or need links to the trains i mentioned, let me know.

that train looks just like the one in MM2 (Midtown Madness 2) mabby it was converted:hehe:. nah probbly not.

Hey, I got a few tips on how to make it passenger-enabled (yes, I have never looked or played with it before), even if it has got an interior that's visible from in external view.

But to do it, you need to get permission from andi06 because it includes adding a new, invisible mesh (this is only for things which have interiors which are visible from the external view) and/or changing the config.txt.;)

Apparently, there should be a second asset named the same on CMP, so just look for the name of every LU tube stock which has an upgrade available on it and look for an asset on CMP with the same name, but hasn't got the upgrade icon on it.

That's how I do it at least.
