Loco's won't move !!!

Hi All
Over the past couple of weeks there have been some loco's added to the DLS namely the 2TE10Ms

However in DCC mode they will not move !! the throttle pointer arrow just pings back to the off position when I try to drive them !

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it ?

Sounds like their enginespecs have not been set up to work in DCC mode.

these are russian loco's right?
its not easy to run them
they are fully operational and you have to start then by doing al the button and knobs in cab to "on "position
there are tutorials on you tube how to start these loco's
ask some one in russian sub forum they will help you

Yes Tram is right. I didn't see an easy way to runnthemin dcc mode. The espec wouldn't keep it from running but would need a new value for maxdecel if you could get them working under dcc.

There are several custom scripts that control the loco and cab. I took a quick and the loco script does control the throttle so things like no fuel and impropper startup would probably cause it to reset to 0. I would think that it might be possible to modify the script to catch the dcc mode and bypass the throttle control in the script but that could take some work.

Why not just run the Russian diesels built into TS12 they run in dcc mode?
