Locomotives won't appear

So I downloaded a couple new steam locos.

-YVRR 21
-PRR 1223
-Climax 70 Ton

All dependences are downloaded and nothing faulty. However when I launch my trainz to see them, they don't show up only the tenders.

Any reason why when everything is downloaded?

Are they open for edit? Can you see them in a preview/railyard?

Yes and SUPPOSEDLY they are. But when I try to preview 'em in railyard, nothing appears.

Since they are open, either revert to original or submit them.
