location signs in Surveyor

I am just starting a new route and am just laying track but wish to place signs for location purposes
I have seen some somewhere but could anyone assist me in telling me what they are called.

C+ SO Note

There is also a large Red & White Drum "Target" <4468:39003> By 'Jetstreamsky' it is easily seen from a distance and is Nameable.

I use allot of signs, and name buildings, as a placemarker

I also use the C+ SO, and I oftentimes change the config file of surveyor-only 1 assets (invisible in Driver) assets to be: surveyor-only 0 ... this way I can see them in Driver too

There are also map flags and push pins on the DLS, created for just this purpose.
