Load Random Command

hello all, im wondering if there is a command that works like the instant load and unload commands but loads in a random amount into each vehicle, i think this would be usful for me when making sessions on routes with no active stations

Not that I am aware of.

If the stations are not active then there would be no visible passengers waiting or unloaded passengers appearing.
