Light Blue Track in Minimap

I am using TRS2004, and if I look at the Minimap when in Driver, a length of track between 2 junctions is light blue in colour as compared with all the rest of the track which is coloured dark blue.

I do not seem to have any problem in running AI trains on this particular portion of track, but I would very much like to know why there is a difference in colour.

Does some knowledgable person know the answer to this?

I believe this means it has a different priority. Which has been changed using a priority marker.
