Noticed video showing Despatcher. To enter the despatcher it showed that you had to use Tools menu.
This does not happen - just shows usual sub menus. On my 22Plus Build 126280I still have to use the Windows Menu.

Dispatcher panel is available at the moment only in the beta builds. You're on the last stable build of Trainz Plus. You will get Dispatcher functionality in the next release which seems to be coming soon if the hints are to be believed.
