Click 'Profile' in the upper banner of the Forum , on the left , under 'Trainz" , click 'User ID' , read the page and it will explain !

Your KUID is your unique identifier used when uploading created content to the DLS, and used as identification in other instances. It is automatically assigned when you register the product.

Just to expand on Euphod's response a little.
Kuid is an acronym for Kool Unique ID.
