kuid programming (?)

Through TrainzObjectz I've come up with several problems I have no idea how to fix. I've looked at items in the loaded program & still can't put 2 & 2 together. When starting TrainzObjectz it states "single quote where a double quote is needed" - "missing closing bracket in the kuid table before the line,"asset-filename...." - "too many closing brackets" & "unmatched quote".
Where can I find the info that explains these? Thanx!

The config.txt file is defined in http://online.ts2009.com/mediaWiki/index.php5/Config.txt_file
The file consists of only 2 kinds of objects; tags and data.
A tag includes all of the characters that start a line and continues until one or more space characters are encountered. A tag may include a group of tags contained within a container. A container is all characters contained between and left curly bracket ({) and a right curly bracket (}).
Data is all of the characters that follow the tag.
Data can be numbers or text.
Text is a string of characters including space characters and must be enclosed between a pair or double quotes (" ").
Numbers are not enclose by anything. A number enclosed by double quotes is a text string.
The data for a kuid tag is the kuid number and must be enclosed between a pair of angle brackets (< >).

Thanx for the reply. Looks like I've got a lot to absorb. I think if I go over the info with the example enough times I may see the problems. Don't find much info for Dbl " or single " or unmatched " & missing closing brackets, but going over the text may help. I was thinking of a tutorial about 'how to' on content. You sure must be busy............. I think you've always replied to my posts. Thanx again!

It's not actually a kuid, but more of how the config file was set up/written. TrainzObjectz tells me the config file is wrong. Quotes - brackets - too many/unmatched quotes..etc. I assume from that, it is the reason I'm not able to use the items in Trainz. If I knew how to send a screen shot, I would. I drag & drop & loose this message. When I get it figured out, I'll send examples. Thanx for your time.

If you post the kuid number I'll check it and tell you what is wrong and what you have to do to correct it. You don't need to post a picture of what's wrong.

Kuid help

Ran home from work then off to grandkids ball game. What I have is many... first off is: 177548:1600101,102 & 68014.

Several from Ben Neal. Stange 'cause I thought I loaded ALL his stuff. 96914:4850 then 52,54,56,58 (all listed as alias to 50) & 96914:6060. Would these be the reason I have all the Baldwin tenders & no engines?
