Using my favorite search engine on just part of the KUID ("KUID:219472", assigned to Nikos1) shows threads on this forum going back several years looking for various items he created, a couple of which say that his items are no longer available publicly. I do see evidence that Nikos1 is still active in some places, just no in Trainz, but I note that previous attempts to gain items have been unsuccessful. If you are able to locate him, , with a different result. I also see some evidence that suggests to me that he may have been involved with USLW at one time, but the evidence is so old that this does not refer to the current incarnation of the site.
Your best bet, should you choose to continue with your quest, and not just replace the asset with a more different (perhaps more modern) one, would be to do a search on a site like the wayback machine on the Internet Archive.You may be able to find files there that go back to early USLW days (ca. 2007), and you might find the asset there.
