thank you both for you comments.

All the creation are done using GMAX through Asset Creation Studio.

Some of them will be a bit high on the poly. We try to keep it as low as possible but when a lot of detail is used high poly count does happen
 
Some useful stuff there - always good to see a new creator on the scene.

Just a couple of points though, if I may?
-Your textures are looking a bit blocky - it's probably just the options you have set up in GMax: Cutomize|Preferences|Viewports|Configure Driver, then set Download texture size to 512 and tick 'Match Bitmap Size as Closely as Possible'
-The bricks on the Kwik-fit garage don't look like they are the same size, a course of bricks should be about 86mm tall. The sign on posts looks a little bit squashed as well.
-The shops in both petrol stations look a little small compared to the canopy and pumps. Try placing them in Trainz, adding a few people and cars, and you'll see what I mean. I've learned the scale thing the hard way, and have more than once realised that I've got stuff wrong, and had to issue an update.
