Kickstarter County 2 missing [Solved]

Hello
I have a bit of a problem. Since updating to SP1 today (Steam version) Kickstarter County 2 and several other builtin assets have disappeared from in game. In CM they show up as Payware (not active). I have tried the Download purchased items option and a database repair and both do not work. How do I fix this please?

Thanks for the report. Can you please advise which KUID number you have installed.

There will be some updates coming out in the next hour or so which are likely to resolve the problem, but to be sure we will need to know which version you have currently installed.
