Yes, I wonder how some, like philskene, are so successful in T:ANE. I wonder if they aren't simply working in TS12 and then importing everything. I believe TS12, which I had removed from my system, is going back on.

That was how my one and only TANE route to date (Highland Link) came to be. As I said, it's a strange beast where a ~30 mile linear route runs okay but a small circular route with surrounding scenery out to a few tiles drags things down to a crawl. Anyhow that's getting OT for the thread which is specifically about the prototype route but thought it worth noting.
