K-27 #453's Boiler location

I heard that #453's boiler was sent to a Durango Lumber company. Does anyone know what happened to it or where it was sent?

i dont know at k 27 #453 boiler and PRR 1361 boiler is send to a shop to fix its boiler that steamtown failed to do.

Never heard this myself, I know 472's boiler ended up in Pueblo after its trip back to Utah, the rest of the locomotive was dismantled. what happened from there is unknown

According to a friend of mine, the boiler went for use as a stationary boiler to help power the mill's systems, but beyond that he's not sure what the disposition of it is.
