just purchased TS12 digital

just purchased a digital download of ts 12 and nickel plate add on, cannot get it to install,,asks for disk and something about setup1a.bin not found..ive deleted and re downloaded all files again and waited another 5 hours for the dl..since ive paid money for this and cannot get a chance to play..im getting frustrated. ive been playing 2004 for many years and was looking forward to some new enhanced scenery and rolling stock to enjoy..some technical asistance would be helpful

Make sure all the downloads are in one folder and try again. When running the installer, make sure you run it as Administrator as well.
