TrainzMap will show signs.
If by track length, you mean how many boards tracks run on, yeah.
Now baseboard number you have to look at TM a certain way.
Say you do a 4 x 4 baseboard oval and remove the middle 4 boards. TM will show 16 board squares because that is how it displays, even though the middle 4 are gone, they get marked as if they are there. A good way to count boards in TM is only count where the tracks are, some routes might have additional ones on the side but unless those boards have something on them shown in TM like a sign, you can't tell.
There is another program I know exists somewhere that counts precisely how many boards a route has, forget the name, try searching for +Baseboard +Count.
