Junctions with Animated Objects

I am new to Trainz. I have Trainz Simulator 12

I am not certain I have provided the "right" title to this ("Junctions with Animated Objects")...

Here is my problem.

With animated junctions (like Power Station and Coal Mine) I am able to "attach" tracks with no problem.

Yet, I cannot "attach" a track to the animated "Oil & LNG" object.

I've read through various forums for an answer but have not seen this addressed.
