Junction Semaphores acting odd ?

Look at this picture, note junction 364 which is set to mainline (right), however the signal is saying the junction is set to the branch left (left)... Why does it do this?

I tried rotating and moving the lever around, still to the same effect. At first I thought this is caused by another problem - on occasion when making junctions the direction would be incorrect - ie I would place a switch and setting it right actually selected the left track and vice versa - this happens on occasion but not too often but it does not appear to be the case here as when the junction is set Right (Mainline) I can drive a train through it the way it should work, however the signal indicates the branch was selected.

I think this is caused by me using animated junctions - the signals work fine on normal ones but I tried placing signals on another junction just now and I get the same effect...

It appears on slip switches the branch signals are ignored all together - only the tall arm goes up/down, the branch doll stays red regardless of the switch position.

Branch signals only work on one signal arm no matter which way the lever faces. To get them to work correct you need a signal placed between the junction the signal is at and the next junction on the line. This may be a case for an invisible signal to be placed as near to the junction as you can get it on the branch split also place a signal before the next junction on the main line.
These type of signals need to see another signal between its junction and the next junction.

Hi omber,
If you place another signal on your main line up near the shed in the distance, and another between Junction 364 and Junction 683, ( can be invisible signals), then your semaphore will work correctly.
