JR Freeware Broken Dependencies

Well I have an issue with three locomotives I downloaded from Jointed Rail. I am using TRS2006 for this and everything is up to date. I downloaded the following: The C30-7, the Amtrak Dash 8, and the EMD Demonstrator SD60s yesterday. They worked well yesterday. Now when I tried to use them today they did not appear in the railyard. I checked the dependencies and found out that the GP60 engine file and SD40-2 engine files are broken for some reason. I don't know how that happened as the engines were running fine when I used them yesterday. I even installed more content, but none of them showed up in the railyard either. Anyone has solutions to this problem and it would be appreciated.

Hello!

Our content only works and is supported in TRS 2009 SP4 and above. Some folks have gotten some things to work but we don't support content for 2006 any longer. You may have downloaded a newer version of one of the script libraries needed for items 2009 & up. Have you tried deleting it and reinstalling it?

Yeah I need to upgrade, but for 2006 is all I got. As for deleting and reinstalling nope not yet. I will try though. Thank you for your assistance.
