JR Cabs

Before I download some of these cabs and find out that I can't get them to work with the locos I have I thought I would ask some questions here. On the JR website it's stated that the cabs were made for their locos and are not responsible if you try to put them in a different loco. Has anyone placed any of JR's cabs in something other than their locos and got it working? I run mostly SD70-2's and 44ACe's with some SD40-2's thrown in. Which cabs would work for these if they do work? Too many to choose from and not knowing enough about which cabs fit which loco. Thanks.

Yes. The cab from this JR loco:

To get this working in another locomotive, alter the locomotive's config.txt file:

interior <kuid2:45324:90200:1>

And to the config.txt add:
extensions
{
custom_shell "1"
}

And to the kuid table:
shell <kuid:175455:100071>
