JPA tare max weight?

Hi quick question does anybody know what the max tare weight is on the JPA tankers as I cannot get a side image to check now since fotopic has bin down for a week now and cannot get any other pics that have a visable shot of the info.
If anybody know the answer to this could they let me know what the max weight is, chears.

This is an extract from a VTG press release:

"The innovative aluminium bodied design, fitted with the lightweight track friendly bogies, gives the JPA wagon a tare weight of approximately 19.5 tonnes, a saving of eight to ten tonnes over some older steel bodied bogie powder tanks, and an estimated five tonnes over a steel wagon of the same modern design."
