jointed rail

i downloaded jointed rails new ge dash 8s and on my downloads page it dosent have a contact dispatcher sign and when i click it it goes to open with and it says trainz 2010. So i click trainz 2010 and trainz just opens and dosent do anything with the dash 8s :'(

You've downloaded the cdp file (?)

Open trainz via the launcher, press content. CMP 3.2 should open. Go to File> Import CDPs then go to where you downloaded the file and press open

ok well first what i did was signed up and then clicked the download name and i dont know if it says it on yours but on mine its says open file? and i click it then it opens the content manager and it downloads
