There are a lot of dependencies for these junction. Open Content Manager and click on the Download Station tab. Add the filters author "andi06" and name "jk" and it should bring up all of the JK dependencies on the Download Station. Select all the current ones and download them (these objects are a few years old and have been updated so make sure you get the current versions of each).
You should now have no missing dependencies and should be able to place the junctions in Surveyor. Note that these objects are not found on the track tab but on the objects tab. If you click on the ? on the objects tab and then on the junction object it will bring up a HTML page which will allow you to access the help page for them which will show you how to "wire" them up. As mentioned the animated junctions are objects and so need wiring up with invisible track. Despite their age they still work perfectly in TS12 SP1.
