Japanese native speaker needed for translating 5s of speech.

This is not related to Trainz anyhow but I've an urgent case and need assistance in translating 5s of Japanese text. Could anybody help me please?

Have you tried the obvious ?? http://translate.google.com/ It has the ability to translate Japenese into English

Doh ... having looked at this again I realise that you may be looking to transcribe 5 seconds of speech??
