JAConverter.exe failure

It's snowy here.
Hey everyone,

I just got a new desktop, and I have recently installed TRS2009-WBE onto it. I'm making the switch from a dinky laptop to a powerfull machine. In the process though, I have run into a problem, that I can't (Nor Shane, nor the Helpdesk can seem to fix) I go to patch the game, and then all of a sudden, the .exe file " JAConverter " just stops working, making the patching come to a halt. Now, I let the message go, and let the patch go, and it begins to patch normally, almost as if the error is non-existant (It doesn't auto-shutdown the patcher) but after it gets to the half-way point, it just stops. Now I know that it will do that, and to let it sit overnight, so I did....for 3 nights, and it stayed at the center...not moving. The patch never ceased though, it always said " Patching " but after 3 days, I couldn't take it anymore. I've tried to trouble shoot it with ShaneTurner12 and the Helpdesk, to no avail. I've tried running both the game and the patch in Administator modes, to no avail. Does anyone have a fix? I'm running Window's 7. I hate to think I just spent all this money on a Desktop, that won't run Trainz (Oh, and by the way, I had Trainz-Resources check EVERYTHING on my computer, and it said it passed, with flying colors, so it isn't anything like that [I'm on a 64bit system I believe (The computer was a present, so I didn't pick it out)].)

Please help, because after almost a week, I'm stuck. I know TRS2010 will do the same thing, because I saw someone elses thread who had the same problem, and he said it happened while patching TRS2010 aswell.

Thank you, and take care,

Ryan:wave:
