iTrainz Chat?????

Can someone please tell me what iTrainz Chat is? I have looked in forum FAQ's but can't find any info.

Itrainz chat is where you can chat with some one while in driver. You have add it in TRS06 in edit session. 09 you just have to add the person you want to chat with as a buddy. Then he/she will know when you both are on the same time. i'll add you just to say hi and let you know it's working.

Ok i have enabled the chat for TRS2006 or so i think how do i talk to other users while i am playing the game also is it possible to turn Diesel locomotives on and off
