Items not on DLS

Can anyone tell me where I can find American-Connections files? I've downloaded the Crescent Mtn layout, but a lot of the content that has the DLS icon keeps giving me "Can't find URL to download" errors in the status bar.

Also, some of the files that I've installed is looking for missing kuids. i.e. 9:26xxx. I've found that some of these files that begin with 9 are built-in to the 2006 version but missing from the 2009 version, while others in the 9 series are not even in the 2006 version. Are these assets that begin with 9: builtin to other Trainz Versions? i.e. 2004, TC, TC3, etc??

They were removed because of a conflict, they should be up sometime soon. There was a problem with the mesh files and TRS2009 so they were removed from the DLS until they can get replaced.

If I'm not mistaken the "9" kuid numbers are from Tolaris which are the HOG textures that are used on many routes. I'm not entirely sure but I think you might be able to get them at TrainzLuvr.
