Issue with TransDEM

As some of you may know, I am the proud owner of a freshly minted copy of TransDEM. I seem to be doing everything right, except for one issue. When I'm done exporting and everything and get into the route, the track is always partially sunk into the ground. To the point where the roadbed and ties aren't visible, just the rails. Anyone know a cause for this?

That would be due to the PBR textures and has nothing to do with TransDEM at all.

You are going to have to adjust the track anyway to the correct height, so use track at this point as just being in place and waiting for adjustments. The alternative is to not put down any track splines at all automatically and lay the track down yourself manually which I prefer to do because in the end I need to tweak it anyway.
