hi, i have some addons that are compatible with 2009 version of trainz, and i was wondering if i could maybe convert them to work in trs 2006 . plz any suggestions . note that i have a working class 26 from trs 2009 in trs 2006 .:)

Most of the work is going to involve the config files. There may be some scripts that won't work when you're done, and therefore some features of say... locomotives or rolling stock that won't work.
Since you've done this before, I recommend comparing the config files of the 2006 assets to the files of the 2009 assets, and then make the changes as you see that are obvious first.

no, i did not do it my self, i just found the loco, :p , normally when i install a cdp file ,of a loco for example, that was saved from CCP of trs 2009 , into trs 2006 i can see the loco but all white;; but when i convert the texture files into tga , i can see the colors,, i did it with NHP32ACDM locomtive, and with its interior too, but no luck with it , the interior is all black,, pus the when i tried to try the loco in trs 2006 some errors popes up !!

You could just buy and register TS2010. It's not that expensive.

what do you mean by register, easy guys English is my second foreign language after french :p !! i can't understand all !! :D

There are two places to register your program:

1) Within Trainz its self.
Click on the Options tab and enter in your CD-Key there.

2) Online in your Planet Auran profile.
You need to use the pull down tab to get your product, then enter in your CD-Key there.

Now if you purchased your program via download, you can easily copy and paste the CD-Key from your download history (hint).

If it is a digital download, you may find it registers itself in the Trainz Options box.

(This is in addition to the above quoted post)
