Is 2.6 (build 3337) the latest 2006?

Just bought a copy of 2006 in an english supermarket. Since I have been here I have become aware of SP 1, 2, 3 etc. Just wondering if I shoud download any for my version of Trainz.

To the best of my knowledge, that is the last build of TRS 2006. It isn't a service pack. It was included here in the states with Trainz Railwayz. Not much different that can be seen but that the Rail Exchange link was removed from the start up menu. It had not worked for some time. I'm sure there might have been some bug fixes but no new features that I have seen.

TRS2006 had only SP1.
TRS2004 had SP1, SP2, SP3 and SP4.
TS2009 has had SP1 so far.

Before anyone asks, I don't know of a way to update TRS2006 SP1 to this build number other than buying it and replacing your current version. Not worth the effort in my opinion.

Yes, that's right. Build 3337 is TRS2006 already upgraded to SP1, as is included with Trainz Railwayz (aka Trainz Classic) in the USA.

The UK Just Flight versions of TRS2006 are build number 2773 before applying SP1 and build number 3099 after applying SP1. The Just Flight versions require the DVD to be in the drive when starting the program and the disk is copy protected.

Or to cut to the chase, with 3337 you're fully up-to-date with regard to service packs.
