" To use the iPortal, first put one on your map.
Then use the object properties button (the question mark tool) to open the properties menu for the portal by clicking on it.
In the object properties menu, set the user ID (trainz name. for example, if you wanted to send to ct_krogen, that's what you would enter. Note: User ID must be the one that the person uses on their Auran account) to the person you want to send trainz to and the portal ID to the name of their portal (the user needs to tell you their Portal ID).
You can leave the other two things alone.
Now if you have done everything correctly, you should be able to send trainz to other people.
To enable iChat, go to the rules menu in surveyor and add the "online chat" rule.
