iPortal system no longer working

Multiple people who use the iPortal system to send trains to each other are now reporting that none of their portals are working anymore. The ONLINE box that would typically be highlighted green is now red.

Is anyone aware or experiencing this issue? Or can any developers for Trainz chime in on this?

you all have to be Online for it to work and using a VPN will make it fail....
 
Recently, there have been some server upgrades, and I wonder if that may have impacted this.
Set up a local iPortal test to ensure the assets are working. If they are working, then try the same portals using the online set up.

If they work, then you may have to reconfigure your current portals.
If they don't then there's something broken.
