My trainz can not find it!
Also it was working yesterday now CMP will not load saying it can not find my trainz installation!
This problem is on TRS2006.

If you're refering to this line:

in your JetLog.txt file, mine has always had this and my TRS2006, including CMP, is working fine. How are you trying to launch TRS2006? It may be trying to rebuild the assets.tdx index file. Is the index file pressent in your TRS2006 folder?

The Launcher is just failing and giving me fatal errors!

You'll have to be a lot more specific on how/what you are selecting and what is the error indication/message?

I click start on Trainz it goes to the loading screen then it jams then i shut it down then about 3 mins later a fatal error come up then it's says Trainz Launcher has to close!

Have you changed anything else in your system? Have you installed any other program that updates drivers such as your video? This can cause the Launcher not to open as it tries to initialise the video.

In Trs2006, the Assets database maybe corrupt as well. Delete the Asset.tdx and the bkp file. Then reboot and restart Trainz. The program will take a very long time to rebuild the database particularly if you have a lot of content so dont' even think of touching the computer while it's doing its thng. Go off an take a nap, a walk, or eat something because if you do anything on the computer at the same time, the program may hang.

John's right, it sounds as if the CMP was trying to rebuild your data base when you interupted it, TRS06 dosent warn you when it's working in the background, the only way to check is to go in to the task manager and click on the processes tab and see if the CMP is still running, if it is then do what john sade and leve it alone the more stuff you have downloaded the longer you have to wate.
