When I purchased Trainz 12 I was real happy to note that it was supposed to be "backwards compatible" with routes and sessions created for older versions. So I installed my favorite layout from TSR2004 Jan Andree's "All Amsterdam 3" into Trainz 12. It works, but I am having some track and catenary wire/post distortions which were created within Trainz 12. going back to TSR2004, they are still in the right location.
Some parts of the track have relocated so that the posts of the catenary staunchions are in the middle of the track, some of the two post for twin track assemblies appear to have split in two parts, 1 the original grey colour, roughly in the right location and the other part a pure white colour and offset by either about 30 degrees with poles in the track or 90 degrees with the poles parralel to the track.
Incidently a train coming into the faulty section, simply ignores what I can see and drives straight through the faulty area without crashing.
Only a small proportion of these assemblies are affected this way, most are showing quite normal.
No matter what I do in surveyor, I cannot correct, delete or shift the location of the posts, but I can delete the faulty track section and rebuilt it.
Can anybody advise me how to fix this?
