Installation and Modification Time changed

In CM it has changed the dates of installation and modification of my assets and has adjusted them to the present day, when some have been years already ...
This happened to me in TANE and TRS19 a couple of months ago and now in TS12.
Is there a known reason for this?
There are no automatic updates and I use the latest stable versions (94916,100332 and 61297,respectively ).
I never had this issue, nor in TRS2009. A bit confused ...

A(n extended) database repair could have done it.

Happens after every patch due to the auto DBR that happens before running as presumably the database has to be re-imported.

Yes, it was something like that ...
But I have done some Quick and Extended from time to time to keep everything clean, and it had not happened ...
Actually, it seems only to affect me in terms of the order of the lists, I like to have the most up new to modify or install, and now almost everything is the same, so I must remember what are the recent assets, for example.
Nor did I have access to My Content, for a while and that really made me nervous ...
Maybe I consider myself too lucky, for not having serious problems with any version of Trainz?
